TD-27: How Do I Perform a Factory Reset?

A factory reset restores the TD-27 to its original factory settings.

Caution: A factory reset permanently erases all user-created data on the TD-27 (factory data is retained). If needed, back up any settings you want to keep to an SD card before proceeding.

1. Press the [SYSTEM] button.
   The SYSTEM screen appears.
2. Use the cursor buttons to select “FACTORY RESET”, and press [ENTER] button.
   The FACTORY RESET screen appears.
   
   If you want all user samples to also be returned to their factory-set state, use the dial to add a check mark to “Reset with User Sample”. All user samples in user memory are overwritten by the factory-set data.
3. Press the [F5] (FACTORY RESET) button.
   A confirmation message appears.
   
   If you decide to cancel, select “CANCEL” and press the [ENTER] button.
4. Use the cursor buttons to select “OK”, and press the [ENTER] button.
   The “Factory Reset” operation will be executed.
