If you can not see a YouTube video on the SESSION screen of BTS for Pocket GT, please check the following points:
- If your mobile device isn’t connected to the internet or Wi-Fi is turned off, the video won’t appear.
Please turn on Wi-Fi, make sure you're connected to the internet, and restart the BTS for Pocket GT app. - The video you're trying to play cannot be embedded. Some YouTube videos are restricted from being played outside of the YouTube website by the content owner.
NOTE: BTS for Pocket GT version 1.3.2 (released in September 2023) fixes an issue where the session screen displays "WRONG URL/The video is not found" or "This video is unavailable," and YouTube videos cannot be used. Please update to the latest version.
