The following article troubleshoots in the event that no sound is input into a streaming platform or software (such as Skype, etc) with Windows 10.

ASIO Compliance
Be sure that the streaming platform being used supports ASIO drivers. Check the documentation or contact the streaming platforms support for this information. - Driver Installation
The computer automatically downloads and installs the Rubix driver from the internet when connected to the computer. Be sure that the computer has internet access before connecting the Rubix to the computer via USB. Once the driver is installed, internet access is no longer not needed. -
Input 1 Only
Conventional streaming programs/platforms only support input 1 of any connected audio interface. Be sure that the microphone is connected to only input 1 and not any other input. -
