The following article guides through exporting the drum Patterns or Arrangements to a computer. The BR-600's drums will be Bounced (recorded) to a stereo track and then that Bounced stereo track will be exported as a WAV file to your computer.
How to Bounce the Built-In Drums to a Stereo Track
The example below will Bounce (record) the drums to track 5/6 virtual track 1 (i.e. "5/6V1").
- Press the REC MODE button until BOUNCE appears on the screen.
- In the top right-hand corner of the screen, the Track Destination will appear (the default is 78V1).
- Press the
button to select track 5/6V1 as the destination. This will be where the drums will be recorded to.
- Turn down the fader volumes of all tracks except for the RHYTHM and MASTER fader.
- Press the ZERO button to return to the beginning of your song.
- Press RECORD and then press PLAY.
- Press REC+PLAY and let the song play all the way through. When the song is over, press STOP. The drums are now recorded on track 5/6V1.
- To hear the newly recorded drums, bring down all faders (including the RHYTHM fader) and bring up fader 5/6 and begin playing the track.
Note: If the drums are not heard, be sure that track 5/6 is playing virtual track 1:
