VAD306: Formatting an SD Card

Before using an SD Card for backups or importing User samples, the card must first be formatted in the TD-17. Here's how:

CAUTION: Formatting the SD card in the TD-17 will permanently erase any data that may be stored on the card. Be sure to backup any data to the computer before formatting it.

1. Insert the SD Card into the TD-17's card slot.
2. Press the SETUP button.
3. Press the cursor down button to highlight "SD Card," and then press the function 1 (F1) button (ENTER).
4. Cursor down to highlight "SD Card Format."
5. Press F1(ENTER).
6. Press F1 again (EXECUTE).
