Use a USB cable to connect this to your computer. This connection lets you record your voice into the computer, or to listen to the computer play back via the VE-2. Select the USB connection mode that is appropriate for your purpose.
- Click here to download the USB driver that's appropriate for your operating system to install on your computer.
- For Windows(R) 10, download and install will be automatically proceeding if you connect the unit to the USB port of the computer connected to the Internet. If it does not install automatically, please check here.
Perform the following procedure.
- Turn off the power.
- Turn on the power while long-pressing the [MEMORY] button.
- Press the [MEMORY] button to select the USB connection mode.
- NORMAL mode (Blink in red): Audio from a mic connected to the VE-2, together with harmony, can be recorded into the computer (NORMAL mode). Note that audio input from the guitar cannot be recorded into the computer.
- LOOP BACK mode (Blink in orange): Audio from a mic connected to the VE-2, together with harmony, can be mixed with audio playback from the computer, and re-recorded or streamed on the computer.
- INPUT mode (Blink in green): The VE-2 can apply harmony to the audio playback from the computer, and output the result.
- Step on the pedal to finalize the change.
