The VE-2 can be connected to a computer via a USB cable. Depending on the USB connection mode selected, you can record your voice, stream audio, or apply harmony to computer playback. Select the USB connection mode that is appropriate for your purpose.
Note: Use a data-capable USB cable.
Follow these steps:
- Install the USB driver.

For Windows 10/11, the driver may install automatically when the unit is connected to a computer with an active internet connection. If it does not install automatically, download and install it from the page above. - Turn off the power.
- Turn on the power while long-pressing the [MEMORY] button.
- Press the [MEMORY] button to select the mode.
- NORMAL (blinks red): Records mic audio and harmony to the computer. Audio input from the guitar cannot be recorded.
- LOOP BACK (blinks orange): Mixes mic audio and harmony with computer playback for re-recording or streaming.
- INPUT (blinks green): Applies harmony to audio playback from the computer and outputs the result.
- Step on the pedal to confirm.
