With Windows 10/11, the driver is automatically installed when the unit is connected via USB to a computer that is connected to the internet.
Please note the the following.
- Make sure to update Windows 10/11 and the system program of the unit to the latest version before connecting them via USB.
- When you connect a product that has a driver mode setting, properly switched to "VENDOR" (or "VENDER") or physically turn the [ADVANCED DRIVER] switch on before connecting it to a computer.
- The time required for installation to be completed depends on your internet connection and computer setup. After connecting via USB, wait several minutes and then check the Device Manager.
Check with Device Manager
- Right-click the start button (Windows icon) located in the lower left of the screen, and choose "Device Manager."
- Double-click "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers" to open it.
When the unit's name appears, double-click it to open Properties.
- If the "Device Status" area indicates "This device is operating normally," the driver is correctly installed.
Note: If it does not install automatically, refer to the related Q&A "Windows 10: Driver Installation and Troubleshooting Instructions".
