The Aerophone Pro AE-30 pitch may become unstable due to mouthpiece attachment, bite bar position, or bite control settings. Check the following points.
When the pitch is unstable
Mouthpiece attachment:
The bite control may not work if the mouthpiece is not fully inserted. Attach the mouthpiece so that there is no gap between the mouthpiece and the body of the instrument. If the mouthpiece does not slide on and off easily, apply a small amount of recorder cream (commercially available).
Bite bar position:
When viewed from the side, the tip of the bite bar should be touching the reed. If the bite bar is warped or deformed and requires adjustment, contact the shop where you purchased this product or the nearest Roland distributor.
Bite control settings: Refer to the video below for details on bite control parameter settings.
When the pitch is too high or low
Master tuning:
Check that "Master Tuning" under the system parameters is set as intended.
