Aerophone Pro AE-30: Can I use my mouth to change the pitch?

Yes.
Here’s how to control the pitch with the bite sensor.

Sax: As with an acoustic saxophone, you can control the pitch by changing the position of the reed.
E-Wind: Control the pitch by cyclically varying strength of your bite on the reed.

Perform the following procedure.

1. Press the [MENU] button.
   - The menu screen appears.
2. Use the [-] [+] (</>) buttons to select System—“Bite Ctrl Mode.”
3. Press the [MENU] button.
   - The cursor moves to the lower line.
4. Use the [-], [+] and (</>) buttons to select “Sax” or “E-Wind.”
5. Long-press the [MENU] button.
   - “Write Scene” blinks.
6. Select “User” with the [-] (<) button.
7. To overwrite the settings, press the [MENU] button twice.
   - A confirmation message appears.
8. To write the settings, press the [+] (>) button. To cancel writing, press the [-] (<) button.
   - After the settings are written, the user scene that was written appears.
