If “Could not connect with AE-30” is displayed when you tap “AE-30,” try the following.
- On your mobile device, switch Bluetooth off and then on again.
- From the Bluetooth settings screen on your mobile device, delete the pairing between the AE-30 and your mobile device, and pair again from settings screen on the Aerophone Pro Editor.
- (Android only) Turn the location data setting on.
- After unpairing, do not tap the “AE-30” text shown in the Bluetooth settings screen of the mobile device.
- Force quit/force stop the Aerophone Pro Editor, relaunch the app and pair again.
