If the Aerophone Pro AE-30 or Aerophone AE-20/AE-20W cannot connect to a previously paired mobile device, turning Bluetooth off and then on again on the mobile device may resolve the issue.
For Android: The Bluetooth connection may be unstable if "Battery Optimization" is enabled for the Aerophone Pro Editor app. Go to "Settings" > "Battery" > "Battery Optimization," select "Aerophone Pro Editor," then select "Don't optimize."
