The following article troubleshoots in the event that the GO:LIVECAST is not inputting audio.
- Be sure that the phone is on and unlocked and that the GO:LIVECAST POWER light is illuminated:

- If using a condenser mic, the 48V switch on the GO:LIVECAST needs to be set to the right (pointing at 48V).
- If using an external audio device or a mixer, be sure that the volume of the external device is turned up on the device itself.
- Be sure that a compatible phone and compatible operating system are being used: Roland - GO:LIVECAST | Livestreaming Studio for Smartphones
(Scroll down to SUPPORT DOCUMENTS towards the bottom of the page) - Be sure that the phone is charged and not low on battery.
- Test with a different audio cable (if applicable).
- Test with a different audio source (i.e. a different microphone, audio device, etc.) if one is available.
- If available, test with a different compatible phone (using the link of the article above as a reference) to determine if the issue is due to the phone itself.
