If you select a different memory or turn off the power after recording or editing the settings on the RC-5, the recorded content or edited settings are lost. To save the changes, follow the steps below.
NOTE: If you want to change the memory name as well, rename it before performing the write operation. For details on how to change the memory name, please see "How do I change the memory name?".
- Press the [SETUP] button and [MEMORY] button at the same time.
- The UTILITY screen appears. - Turn the [MEMORY/LOOP LEVEL] knob to select “WRITE,” and press the [MEMORY/LOOP LEVEL] knob.
- Turn the [MEMORY/LOOP LEVEL] knob to select the save destination memory.
- You don’t need to do this if you want to save to the currently selected memory.
- If you decide to cancel, press one of the RHYTHM [TEMPO] - [MEMORY] buttons. - Press the [MEMORY/LOOP LEVEL] knob.
- The memory is saved.
- Do not turn off the power while the “EXECUTING...” message is shown.
