RC-500: Synchronizing the phrase record/playback/stop operation with the rhythm playback/stop operation

By pressing the RHYTHM [ON/OFF] button to make it blink, you can synchronize the rhythm playback/stop with the phrase record/playback operation.
- The rhythm volume and RHYTHM [ON/OFF] button state is stored when the memory is saved.
