The following article troubleshoots in the event that audio is not being received from the COAXIAL IN 9/10.
- Be sure that only a digital audio source is being connected and passing S/PDIF digital audio.
The COAXIAL IN 9/10 cannot receive analog audio such as from an RCA source. - Be sure that only a digital audio coaxial cable is being used and not an analog cable such as RCA.

Check that the OCTA-CAPTURE's DIGITAL setting is set to "AUTO"--so that the digital input 9/10 is received.
a. Press and hold the [DISPLAY] button for one second. The SYSTEM screen will appear.
b. Turn the [CURSOR/VALUE] knob to select DIGITAL and then press the [CURSOR/VALUE] knob inward.
c. Turn the [CURSOR/VALUE] knob to change the setting to AUTO. -
If the problem continues, try resetting the OCTA-CAPTURE:

If the problem continues, the issue may be due to the audio device connected to the OCTA-CAPTURE's input 9/10 or with the digital coaxial cable.
