The following article troubleshoots in the event that audio is not being received from the COAXIAL IN 15/16.
- Be sure that only a digital audio source is being connected and passing S/PDIF digital audio.
The COAXIAL IN 15/16 cannot receive analog audio such as from an RCA source. - Be sure that only a digital audio coaxial cable is being used and not an analog cable such as RCA.

Check that the STUDIO-CAPTURE's DIGITAL setting is set to "AUTO"--so that the digital input 9/10 is received.
a. Press the [VALUE] knob ([MENU] button) to access the SYSTEM screen.
b. Use the up and down buttons to choose “SYNC”
c. Turn the [VALUE] knob to select "AUTO."
d. Press the [DISPLAY] button to return to the main screen. -
If the problem continues, try resetting the STUDIO-CAPTURE:

After resetting, the STUDIO-CAPTURE's default settings have the digital inputs 9/10 on and their volume up. If the problem continues, the issue may be due to the audio device connected to the STUDIO-CAPTURE's input 15/16 or with the digital coaxial cable.
