You can play by striking the different heads together, and you can also strike both the head and rim at the same time. However, you cannot play by striking the head and the rim of that same pad together. If you do play by striking the head and the rim of that same pad at the same time, only one of these makes a sound.
- If you line up two sets of pads on floor stands to play, you can play the rims of both pad face 1 and 2 together. When doing this, set the “XtalkCancel” value for all heads and rims to “0”.
