Yes. You can downgrade the TD-50X to the TD-50. Download the downgrade file, then follow the "TD-50X Downgrade Guide" included in the download.

Before you downgrade
- The downgrade process takes around 40 minutes.
- Do not turn off the TD-50X during the downgrade. Your programs or data may be destroyed.
- Save any data you need to an SD card before downgrading. All kit data is cleared, and system parameters are reset to TD-50 factory settings.
- TD-50X backup data cannot be loaded on the TD-50, so use it only on the TD-50X.
- Do not run this downgrade program on any device other than the TD-50X. It may damage the device.
Check whether the TD-50X is already downgraded
- Press the [SETUP] button.
- Use the PAGE [UP] [DOWN] buttons to display SETUP MENU 2.
- Press the [F3] (INFO) button.
- Press the [F1] (PROGRAM) button.
If "TD-50 PROGRAM INFORMATION" appears in the upper left, the unit is already downgraded and no further action is needed.
