On the JUNO-Di, Split mode divides the keyboard into two sections called Upper and Lower, each assigned a different tone. This guide explains how to change the octave settings for each part and how to save those settings for future use.
Follow the steps below:
- Move the cursor to the Upper tone number.
- Use the OCTAVE [DOWN] and [UP] buttons to set the octave.
- Pressing the OCTAVE [DOWN] button lowers the current tone by one octave, and pressing the [UP] button raises it by one octave. The pitch can be adjusted from three octaves down (-3) to three octaves up (+3). - Move the cursor to the Lower tone number.
- As with the Upper part, use the OCTAVE [DOWN] and [UP] buttons to set the octave.
Saving the settings
- Press the [▲] button several times to move the cursor to the top line.
- Press the [WRITE] button.
- The PERFORM WRITE screen will appear.
- Use the dial to select the destination number.
- Press the [WRITE] button.
A confirmation message will appear. - Press the [ENTER] button to complete the save operation.
