FA-06, FA-07, FA-08: How do I set the same octave range for both hands when the keyboard is split?

On the FA-06, FA-07, and FA-08, you can split the keyboard and assign different tones to the left and right hands.

Example:

If the two parts sound in different octave ranges, you can manually adjust the settings so that both play in the same octave.

Follow the steps below to adjust the octave settings:

1. Select the Studio Set you want to edit.
2. While holding the [SHIFT] button, press [4] (PART VIEW).
   The PART VIEW screen appears.
   Example:
   
3. Use the cursor buttons to select the "Pitch" tab.
4. Select the part whose octave you want to change.
5. Move the cursor to the "Octave Shift" setting, and use the dial or [–]/[+] buttons to adjust the value.
   You can specify a value from –3 to +3.
6. Press the [WRITE] button to save the changes.
