General: How do I register my Roland/BOSS products?

By joining Roland Backstage, you can register your own Roland products, search product support information and send customer support inquiries.

Go to Backstage and follow the steps below to register.

1. Log in to your Roland account.
   
   If you do not have an account, click "SIGN UP".
2. Click "My Gear".
   
3. Click "REGISTER PRODUCT" and fill in the required information.
   
   Note:
   • The list of purchase stores is based on the "region" you have selected. If you can't find the dealer you purchased, see this article and change the region setting.
   • If you cannot find the serial number for the product you would like to register, please refer to the related Q&A, “How do I find/enter my Serial Number?”. Please note that some products, such as accessories, are not assigned serial numbers.
4. Click "REGISTER".
