Overview
Using the My Content portal in Zentracker you can easily migrate your Zentracker Song Files, Mixes and Stems over to Zenbeats.
Getting Started
Before you begin, make sure you have Zentracker and Zenbeats installed on your device and be sure that you are logged into both apps with the same Roland Account. From there follow these steps.
1: Open and setup Zenbeats to receive content.
Open Zenbeats and tap the main menu, then Settings. Tap on the General tab and set your Device Name to include the word "Zenbeats" so you can easily identify it when sharing content from Zentracker. Press OK on the settings window and minimize Zenbeats
2: Open Zentracker and make an export
In Zentracker, Tap the Main Menu, then My Content, and Export My content
3: Select the content types you want to include in your export.
You can select all content types to export everything, or you can expand each content type by tapping the plus icon, if you only want to select certain items to export.
4: Name your Export
Once you've selected the content you want to export, enter a name in the Export Name field, then tap the Export button.
5: Transfer your Export to Zenbeats
Now that you have created an export, tap the Main Menu button, then My Content, and then Transfer My content.
Select your content export from the list and click next
On the next page, you should see the Device Name you created in Zenbeats as a transfer destination. Select it, then click the Transfer button.
6: Import your Zentracker content into Zenbeats
Once the transfer is complete, switch back to Zenbeats. You will see a confirmation pop-up prompting you to save the content. Click the ok button to save it.
Now tap the Main Menu, then tap My Content, followed by tapping Import My Content
On the Import My Content window, select the content zip that you transferred from Zentracker and click next.
Be sure to select all of the categories on the next Import My Content window, then click Import
You'll see an import confirmation displaying the imported content. Click the OK button and then click the Done button to close the Import window.
7: Access your Zentracker content
You can now access your Zentracker content in Zenbeats. Just tap the Folder icon from the home screen.
The My Songs tab will display your Zentracker song files alongside Zenbeats song files and each will be identifiable by the app icon badge as shown below.
You can also filter the My Songs tab to show or hide Zenbeats and Zentracker song projects.
You access any mixes and stems from Zentracker in the Mixes and Stems tabs too.
That's it!
You can now access your Zentracker content in Zenbeats. Enjoy your new features and happy music making!
