If no sound is coming from the built-in speaker of the Mood Pan MN-10, the speaker may be muted or the unit may not be receiving sufficient power. Please check the following points:
Phones/Output jack
If a plug is inserted into the Phones/Output jack, the built-in speaker is muted. Please make sure nothing is connected to the jack.
When running on batteries
- Battery type: Use Ni-MH (AA, HR6) or alkaline (AA, LR6) batteries. Zinc-carbon batteries cannot be used.
- Battery level: If the power button is blinking, the batteries are running low. Replace them with new Ni-MH (AA, HR6) or alkaline (AA, LR6) batteries.
When powered via USB bus
- USB AC adapter: Use one that provides 18W or more (9V / 2A or higher), such as the Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter.
- USB cable: Connect the unit to the USB AC adapter, computer USB port, or mobile battery using a USB Type-C® to USB Type-C® cable. USB Type-C® to USB-A cables cannot be used.
