This may be because your Mood Pan MN-10 is connected to your mobile device via Bluetooth audio only.
In the Mood Pan Plus app, tap the Bluetooth button to open the Bluetooth Devices screen, then tap the Scan button. When "MN-10 MIDI" appears, tap it to connect.
Note: Please make sure that location services are enabled on your mobile device.
