If the Bluetooth connection is interrupted, the USB cable is disconnected, or the power turns off during a system program update on the Aerophone GO AE-05, the update may not complete properly. If you experience issues after the update, such as no sound or the power LED blinking orange, try updating again using the steps below.
- Turn the Aerophone GO off and then back on.
- Restart the Aerophone GO Plus app.
- If a message prompting you to update is displayed, proceed with the update again.
