If the USB flash drive is removed or the power turns off during a system program update on the Aerophone AE-20, the update may not complete. The following symptoms may occur.
- The display remains black and the unit cannot be operated
- The power switch does not respond
- The unit only starts in update mode
If any of these symptoms occur, follow the steps below to update the unit again.
- Turn the AE-20 off, then on again. If the power switch does not respond, unplug the AC adaptor to turn off the unit.
- Follow the instructions on the Aerophone AE-20 System Program download page to update the unit again.
