When the Aerophone Brisa is set to Flute Fingering mode, you can produce different note ranges by blowing into the two holes in the mouthpiece. In some cases, condensation inside the mouthpiece may affect the internal sensors, making it difficult to switch smoothly between the upper and lower ranges.
The Aerophone Brisa is equipped with a built-in heater in the head joint that helps prevent condensation from affecting sensor performance.
Follow the steps below to turn on the heater function.
Note that the Heater Switch activates the heater when the battery is at least 50% charged, or when the instrument is connected to a USB power source capable of supplying at least 1500 mA.
- Press the [MENU] button.
The menu screen appears. - Use the [<] [>] buttons to select “Pro Menu”, and press the [MENU] button.
- Use the [<] [>] buttons to select “General Settings”, and press the [MENU] button.
- Use the [<] [>] buttons to select “Heater Switch”, and press the [MENU] button.
- Press the [>] button to set the value to “Auto”.
By default, this setting is turned off. - Press the [TONE] button several times to return to the tone screen.
