Depending on the type of kick trigger pedal or pad you are using, you may need to apply more pressure or strike harder to initiate pairing between the WT-10 and DT-10.
If pairing still fails even after applying more force, or if you're in an environment where vibration or loud impact sounds should be avoided, follow the steps below to pair the devices manually.
- Unplug the cable from the PAD1 INPUT of the WT-10 and turn off the power for at least 20 seconds.
- Put the sound module or sampling pad connected to the DH-10 into pairing mode.
On sound modules such as the V71 or TD-50X and on sampling pads such as the SPD-SX PRO, set PAIRING to ON in the DrumLink HUB screen.
Example: V71
Note: If the DrumLink HUB screen is not displayed, disconnect and reconnect the DH-10 to the sound module or sampling pad to open the settings screen.
- In DWe Control, click the PAIR button in the upper left corner of the screen.
Plug the cable into the PAD1 INPUT of the WT-10.
The WT-10 will turn on and automatically pair with the device.
Note: Make sure to plug in the cable within 15 seconds after enabling pairing mode. If the pairing mode turns off, go back to step 2 and try again.
