The message "Incorrect license! Remove the license" appears when the license data for the data you are loading does not match the license data currently stored in the V31. Check whether the data you are loading is correct. Also, you can use the “Remove License” function to delete the license data already stored on your V31.
NOTE: Performing a factory reset by checking the "Reset with User License" box in step 3-5 will also delete the Instrument Expansions installed on the V31. If you want to use Instrument Expansions after a factory reset, please reinstall them using the Roland Cloud Connect app or Roland Cloud Manager.
Follow the steps below:
- Press the [MENU] button.
The MENU screen appears. Use the cursor buttons to select “SYSTEM”>“FACTORY RESET”, and press the [ENTER] button.
The FACTORY RESET screen appears.Press the [F1] (REMOVE LIC) button.
The FACTORY RESET WITH USER LICENSE screen appears.Press the [F6] (EXECUTE) button.
A confirmation message appears.- Select “OK” and then press the [ENTER] button.
The factory reset is performed, and all Roland Cloud-related data stored on this unit is deleted. - Press the [ENTER] button to finish the operation.
