You can’t connect the BT-DUAL (Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor) to more than one mobile device at the same time using the same functionality (audio or MIDI).
However, you can connect to different mobile devices by using different functionality (audio and MIDI separately).
Example:
Mobile device #1: audio playback with an audio player or similar device
Mobile device #2: connection via dedicated app
