EV-1-WL: Connecting to Zenbeats for Android via Bluetooth

Follow the steps below.

1. Turn the EV-1-WL and your Android device on.
2. In Android “Settings” -> “Location” -> “App permissions,” set Zenbeats to allow location data.
   - The way to set this may vary depending on the Android version your device is running.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your Android device.
4. Press the [Bluetooth] button on the EV-1-WL.
   - The unit enters pairing mode, and the Bluetooth indicator on the EV-1-WL rapidly blinks blue.
5. Start Zenbeats, and from the ≡ (menu) go to “Options” -> MIDI Input and tap [Bluetooth MIDI Devices].
6. Tap “EV-1-WL Bluetooth” on the list of Bluetooth MIDI devices to connect (pair).
   - When “*” is displayed at the top right-hand side of “EV-1-WL,” tap [OK] to return to the previous screen.
7. Select “EV-1-WL Bluetooth” as one of MIDI inputs 1–8.
