To play with brushes on the TD-30, select an instrument that supports brush performance. In the Drum Instrument List of the TD-30 Data List, choose an instrument marked with "*B".
Note: Always use nylon brushes. Metal brushes can catch on the mesh of the pad, which may damage the pad.
