Procedure for Product Registration

When you register your instrument to Roland Backstage, you can access the related support content if available such as:

• Official videos
• Specifications
• Latest version of system program, drivers and manual
• Knowledge Base articles
• Accessories

To register your instrument, perform the steps below:

1. Access Backstage by scanning the QR code with your smartphone.
   
   • This card may not be included in the package depending on the sales region.
   • You can access Backstage by clicking here: https://www.roland.com/backstage/login. Even if the screen looks slightly different from the ones provided in steps below, you can still register using a similar process.
2. Register your instrument with its serial number.
   If the start card (above) is not included or the serial number cannot be found, please refer to the "How do I find/enter my Serial Number?" section for assistance.
   

• If you do not have a Roland account, tap <SIGN UP> to proceed to the registration screen.
  
• If you already have a Roland account, tap <LOG IN>.
  1. Enter your registered email address, then tap <CONTINUE>.
     An email containing a verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
     If you would like to sign in using your registered password, tap "Prefer to use a password? Sign in here".
     
  2. Enter the verification code.
     
      
  3. On the Registration Pending screen, tap <CONTINUE>.
     The Registration Info screen appears.
     
  4. Tap <SAVE>.
     
     Once product registration is complete, a screen similar to the one shown below appears.
  5. Tap "TAKE A SURVEY" to complete the survey, or tap <CLOSE>.
