FA-06, FA-07, FA-08: Can I play at a fixed volume regardless of my pressing strength on the keys?

You can set the keyboard touch for the FA-06, FA-07, and FA-08. By fixing the “Keyboard Velocity” parameter in the system settings, you can make the keyboard play at a constant volume regardless of your playing strength.

Follow the steps below.

1. Press the [MENU] button.
   The MENU screen appears.
2. Move the cursor to “System” and press the [ENTER] button.
   The SYSTEM SETUP screen appears.
3. Use the cursor buttons to select “Keyboard.”
4. Use the cursor buttons to move to “Keyboard Velocity,” and use the dial to specify a value (1–127).
   The larger the value, the louder the sound.
   If you select “REAL,” the volume will vary according to how strongly you press the keys.
5. To save the setting, press [6] (System Write).
   Do not turn off the power while saving.
