When Rhythm Converter is launched, the message "The RC-10R is connecting." appears when the RC-10R is not connected to the computer or the connection is not recognized via USB.
Connect the RC-10R to your computer via USB and confirm that "UTILITY SOFTWARE > CONNECTING..." is shown on the RC-10R's display. Use a USB cable that supports data transfer (not a charge-only cable) and a USB 2.0 compatible port.
If the message persists, try a different USB port.
Note: Rhythm Converter is a PC application used to import custom rhythm patterns (SMF data) into the RC-10R.
