Unable to find your dealer or store when registering your product via our customer portal Backstage? This can occur if your Backstage 'Region' is not set to your country of residence.
Procedure

Log in to your Roland Backstage account and click ≡ in the top right.
- Click "Account / Settings".
- In the top menu please select "SETTINGS" then select "Change Region/Language".
- Select your Region of residence for the pull down menu adjacent to "REGION".
- In this example we have selected United Kingdom as the "REGION" and English as the "LANGUAGE".
- If you are happy to proceed with our TERMS OF USE and our PRIVACY POLICY please 'tick' the box adjacent to "I have read and agree to the terms of use and privacy policy" and finally click "SUBMIT".
You should now be able to find your dealer or store from the 'Register A Product' page as below.
