The SY-200 can output the direct sound and the effect sound separately from the SEND and OUTPUT jacks.
Follow the steps below:
- If you have a cable connected to the RETURN jack, disconnect it before proceeding.
- Press the [MENU] button.
- The unit enters MENU mode. - Turn the [MEMORY] knob to display page 2 (2/3), and press the [1] knob (SEND/RETURN).
- Turn the [1] knob (SEND) to select the signal (DIRECT, EFFECT) to output to the SEND jack.
- Press the [EXIT] button or the [MENU] button twice to return to the previous screen.
- Select the signal to output to the OUTPUT jack, according to the value you selected in step 3.
When “DIRECT” is selected for SEND Turn down the Direct Level by turning the [D.LEVEL] knob to output only the effect sound from the OUTPUT jack. When “EFFECT” is selected for SEND Turn down the Effect Level using the [E.LEVEL] knob to output only the direct sound from the OUTPUT jack.
