If sound is only heard from one side of the headphones connected to the Aerophone Pro AE-30 or Aerophone AE-20/AE-20W, check the following points.
| Headphone specifications | The AE-20/AE-20W's PHONES jack outputs in stereo. Headphones that only support mono input will only produce sound on one side. Connect stereo headphones to this instrument. |

| Adaptor plug specifications | If you are using an adaptor plug with stereo 1/4" phone type headphones, check that the adaptor plug is stereo, not mono. |
| Connect the headphones to a different device (with a stereo mini plug) | Connect the headphones to a different device such as a smartphone. If sound comes from both sides, there may be a problem with the AE-20/AE-20W. If sound is only heard on one side on other devices as well, the headphones may be malfunctioning. |
