QUAD-CAPTURE UA-55: SYMPTOM: Unable to Receive Audio from COAXIAL IN 3/4

The following article troubleshoots in the event that sound is not being received from the QUAD-CAPTURE's COAXIAL IN 3/4.

1. Be sure that only a digital audio source is being connected and passing S/PDIF digital audio.
   The COAXIAL IN 3/4 cannot receive analog audio--such as from an RCA source.
2. Be sure that only a digital audio coaxial cable is being used and not an analog cable such as RCA.
3. Try resetting the QUAD-CAPTURE:

If the problem continues, the issue may be due to the audio device connected to the QUAD-CAPTURE's input 3/4 or with a faulty digital coaxial cable.
