The RC-500 does not have a dedicated headphone jack. The OUTPUT jacks (A/MONO, B) carry an unbalanced instrument-level signal and are not designed to drive headphones directly.
To listen with headphones, connect the OUTPUT jacks (A/MONO, B) to a headphone amplifier, or to an amp or mixer that has a headphone output.
