FANTOM-06, FANTOM-07, FANTOM-08: How to Make the FANTOM-06/07/08 Output Control Data Directly When Moving the Sliders

You can make the FANTOM-06, FANTOM-07, and FANTOM-08 output control data immediately when you move a slider by setting “Slider Mode” to “DIRECT.” In DIRECT mode, the slider always sends control data based on its position, while in CATCH mode, control data is sent only when the slider passes the current parameter value.

Follow the steps below.

1. Press the [MENU] button.
   - The MENU screen appears.
2. Touch <SYSTEM>.
   - The SYSTEM screen appears.
   
3. Use the [E1] knob to select the <SLIDER> tab.
4. Use the [E2] knob to select “Slider Mode”.
5. Set the [E6] knob to “DIRECT”.
6. Press the [WRITE] button to save the setting.
   - When the save operation is finished, the message “Completed” appears.
