The FANTOM-06 FANTOM-07 FANTOM-08 can load Wave Expansions, SuperNATURAL Expansions and Model Expansions.

- Note that EXZ files available on the Axial website cannot be imported.
- Use a USB flash drive (sold separately) that you’ve already formatted on the FANTOM-0 Series.
- To load tone data that was exported from other sound sources that are compatible with ZEN-Core tones (such as the Jupiter-Xm) or Sound Packs that were downloaded from Roland Cloud Manager, refer to the related Q&A, “How do I load tone data and Roland Cloud sound contents into this instrument?”
Follow the steps below.
- Download the desired tone data using Roland Cloud Manager.

Copy the file you want to import to your USB flash drive.
- Save the EXZ file to the root directory (the topmost location in the folder hierarchy) of the USB flash drive. - Turn the FANTOM-0 off.
- Connect the USB flash drive to the USB MEMORY port.
- Turn the power on while holding down the [TEMPO] button.
The EXPANSION screen appears. - Press the [E6] (INSTALL) knob.
The tone data saved on the USB flash drive is shown. -
Use the cursor [▼] [▲] buttons or the [E1] knob to select the tone data to install.
- To select a continuous series of tone data, press the cursor [▼] [▲] buttons or turn the [E1] knob while holding down the [SHIFT] button.
- You can select multiple tone data items by touching a different tone data item while holding down the [SHIFT] button when one of the tone data items is selected. - Press the [E6] (INSTALL) knob.
- A confirmation message appears. - Press the [E5] (OK) knob.
- Never turn off the power or remove the USB flash drives while the screen indicates “working.”
- Once the data is installed, the tone data titles are shown in the on-screen list.
- To install more tone data, repeat steps 6–8. - Turn the power back on once the tone data has been installed.
