MIDI Control mode is used to control an external sound module from the Aerophone Pro AE-30, or to exchange data with a DAW or other software.
The Aerophone Pro AE-30 has a "MIDI Ctrl Sound" system parameter that controls whether the internal sound engine produces sound when the [MIDI CONTROL] switch on the left side of the instrument is "On." By default, this is set to "On."
To mute the internal sound engine, set "MIDI Ctrl Sound" to "Off."
- Press the [MENU] button.
The menu screen appears. - Use the [-] [+] (◀/▶) buttons to select “MIDI Ctrl Sound” in the System parameters.
- Press the [MENU] button.
Press the [-] (◀/▶) buttons to toggle the setting on/off.
MIDI Ctrl Sound When [MIDI CONTROL] switch is “On” On (default) The internal sound engine produces sound. Off The internal sound engine does not produce sound. - Press the [SCENE] (▲/▼) buttons to return to the scene screen.
