MIDI control mode is used for controlling an external sound module from the Aerophone Pro AE-30, or for using software such as a DAW to exchange data with the Aerophone Pro AE-30.
When the [MIDI CONTROL] switch on the left side of this instrument is “On” and you want to mute the internal sound engine, set “MIDI Ctrl Sound” in the System parameters to “Off”. With the factory settings, this is set to “On”. Follow the steps below for the settings.
- Press the [MENU] button.
– The menu screen appears. - Use the [-] [+] (</>) buttons to select “MIDI Ctrl Sound” in the System parameters.
- Press the [MENU] button.
- Press the [-] (</>) buttons to toggle the setting on/off.
MIDI Ctrl Sound When [MIDI CONTROL] switch is “On” On (default value) The internal sound engine produces sound. Off The internal sound engine does not produce sound. - Press the [SCENE] (▲/▼) buttons to return to the scene screen.
