BOSS TONE EXCHANGE: How do I delete the Roland Account I have been using with BOSS TONE EXCHANGE?

To permanently delete a Roland Account, perform the following steps:

1. Go to the BACKSTAGE website: https://www.roland.com/backstage/login
2. Navigate to Account/Settings
3. Select the SETTINGS tab
4. Scroll to the Delete Account option, and follow the instructions

NOTE:

• Account deletion cannot be undone. By deleting a Roland Account, you will permanently lose access to any associated Roland Cloud Lifetime Keys and Rewards, and the email address can no longer be used to access Roland Cloud.
• A Roland Account cannot be deleted while there is an active paid membership attached to it.
