The SPD-SX PRO supports the use of commercially available USB flash drives (up to 32 GB, sold separately). Connecting a USB flash drive to the SPD-SX PRO lets you do the following.
- Import audio files from the USB flash drive.
- Save or load the waves and settings of the SPD-SX PRO to/from the USB flash drive.
Note that not all commercially available USB flash drives are guaranteed to work.
The first time that you use a USB flash drive on the SPD-SX PRO, you must format it. For details on how to do this, refer to “Formatting a USB Flash Drive (FORMAT)”.
