You can import a click track that was created on your DAW or other software and play it on the SPD-SX PRO. Having ready a click track that matches the tempo is useful for playing clicks along with changes in the tempo, for songs with mid-song tempo changes.
- Import the click track in the same way as when importing an audio file. Refer to “Importing an Audio File (IMPORT)” for the steps required.
- To play the click track you’ve imported, follow the steps in “Click-Related Settings for Kits (KIT CLICK)”. Open the KIT CLICK - SETUP screen and select “PLAY WAVE as CLICK-TRACK” for the “Click Mode”.
- To adjust the click track volume, turn the [CLICK] knob.
- Set the “Click Start Pad (Range)” to make the click track start at the same time as when you strike a certain pad.
