By connecting an external foot switch, you can control the AMP SOLO boost feature in the IR-200.
Please connect your external foot switch to the IR-200 as described below. 
"AMP SOLO" is the default control for CTL 1. If it is set differently, you'll need to enter the control menu of the IR-200 and make changes to your external pedals to control AMP SOLO. Here's how:
- Press the MENU button, and then press the AMBIENCE knob under "CTL FUNCTION."
- Turn the AMP knob to highlight the row that you wish to make changes to.
- Use the CABINET and AMBIENCE knobs to make the changes. You can set either CTL 1 or 2 to AMP SOLO. This setting can either be a global setting (SYSTEM) or a patch specific setting (MEMORY).
If set to MEMORY, you must save (WRITE) the settings to a User memory location.
