The audio signal path of the DUAL CUBE LX changes depending on the USB driver and input/output settings. Configure these settings to match your use case, as shown below:

Note that you can also adjust the levels for the USB channels using the dedicated Dual Cube LX Editor.
Under SYSTEM SETTINGS, you will find USB SETTING which has the following parameters:
